I reset my engagement ring here with Jake and had a great experience! We turned one ring into two. From start to finish Jake was patient, communicative, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable. This place is great! I needed my engagement ring resized and they were super easy to work with and made it fit perfectly. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly, you feel like you’re at a friend’s house. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Fitzgerald and the talent and service available. Took a course with Theresa and walked out with three rings that I loved thanks to her amazing instruction. Michael, Kiera, and the rest of the crew are so knowledgable and nice, and the work they have on display is just incredible. Highly recommend their pieces, and their classes!
